This mixed-use property was purchased in 2004 and comprises retail at ground floor, offices at first floor, and residential above. The first-floor office of c. 5,000 was historically used as the HQ of our sister company, Commodore International, and housed over 100 staff, prior to our sale of this business in 2011.
Mayfield subsequently undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the first-floor office which comprised a Grade A fit-out and involved sub-dividing it into two self-contained offices; one of which has been occupied by ourselves, and the other let out to a third party blue chip tenant.
