Mayfield was appointed by a prominent Saudi merchant family to acquire this dual fronted commercial property in an off-market transaction. In addition to agreeing the purchase, finance, and structuring, Mayfield oversaw the planning process.
The scheme comprised a landmark new build residential building designed by Make Architects which increased the built-up area by 65%, and contained eight lateral apartments with associated leisure facilities, extensive amenities, and underground car park.
The property was subsequently sold for more than double the agreed purchase price.
