This site was acquired off-market from one of the UKs largest publicly listed property companies who sought a discrete sale to a trusted partner. The site was purchased with the benefit of planning permission which was subsequently enhanced through a new planning consent that we obtained which provided for additional apartments, optimum layout configurations, and a new façade. This new planning permission resulted in a 35% increase to the gross development value.
The delivered new build scheme comprises ten high-specification apartments and a basement car park which span five storeys across 28,000 square feet. The construction works were undertaken in-house.
In 2019 a further planning permission was obtained from the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for the creation of an additional storey to provide two high quality penthouse apartments, each comprising 3-bedroom suites, and spanning a total of 3,600 square feet.
