This site was acquired off-market from one of the UKs largest publicly listed property companies who sought a discrete sale to a trusted partner. The site was purchased with the benefit of planning permission which was subsequently enhanced through a new planning consent that we obtained which provided for additional apartments, optimum layout configurations, and a new façade. This new planning permission resulted in a 35% increase to the gross development value.
The delivered new build scheme comprises 16 high-specification apartments across five storeys and spans 35,000 square feet. The construction works were undertaken in-house.
