This site was acquired directly from Ealing Council in a two-stage competitive bidding process. The site spanned 1.2 acres and had the benefit of outline planning consent for a residential scheme. Detailed planning consent was subsequently obtained for thirteen 3 & 4 bedroom houses with off-street parking and front & rear gardens.
The completed properties were delivered into a highly supply constrained market and as such sold very quickly at values that greatly exceeded all forecasts.
