This site comprised the former Westland Hotel and was acquired off-market with the benefit of planning consent for 14 apartments. The property constituted two interconnecting buildings; one of which was period and the other constructed in the 1970s. The planning permission provided for a new build scheme which was to retain the period façade.
Post sourcing and financing this opportunity, Mayfield oversaw the completion of the detailed design and enabling works. The property was subsequently sold to a UAE fund who appointed Interserve as the main contractor to complete the works.
