This site comprised a row of mid terrace houses that were individually purchased over a two-year period. The final purchase took the longest to realise as Mayfield undertook to locate an alternative property for the owner based on their very specific criteria. The upshot of this was that the interim time was utilized to secure planning permission which we achieved pre-completion.
The development will comprise a new build scheme of 9 high quality apartments and span circa 8,000 square feet. The subject site immediately adjoins one of Mayfield’s historic developments, Zona Court, which was completed in 2010, and comprises a new build scheme that we retained in our investment portfolio.
Completion is scheduled in Q4 2019.
