This site was acquired off-market with the benefit of planning consent for 14 private apartments and a ground floor retail unit, which was implemented to create a landmark new build development across nine storeys and spanning 33,000 square feet.
The high-specification apartments were very well received by the market and all fully sold within 3 months of launch which resulted in our IRR exceeding double that forecast.
