The site, a former depot, was sold by Islington Council; planning permission was subsequently obtained for four large contemporary houses, each comprising 4 – 5 bedrooms. The properties were thereafter developed to an exemplary standard and high specification.
The properties were launched to the market on completion and all four went under offer within the first 4 weeks of marketing. The sale prices realised also broke the local price per square foot rate previously achieved.
