This site historically formed part of the Bermondsey Square antique market and was developed in two stages.
Planning consent was initially obtained in 2008 for a mixed-use scheme comprising a ground floor office unit and x 9 apartments across the three upper storeys. This scheme was completed in 2010.
Thereafter a further planning permission was obtained in 2019 which provided for two additional storeys comprising x 3 apartments, as well as a basement level comprising x 2 duplex office units.
The completed building was retained within the groups investment portfolio.
